GENERAL MANAGER

Ludovic Henry

A lifelong cyclist, Ludovic HENRY competed in the XCO discipline 25 years ago, as well as on the road as an amateur in France and Europe. Working for the past 10 years for the small valley of Loudenvielle, in the French Pyrenees, Ludovic is now one of the key figures in the French MTB community. He currently manages the Bike Park of Loudenvielle, which he created in 2017. He is also the creator of the Pyrenees Bike Festival in 2018, which has become a fantastic setting for the EWS and acts as the event director for the UCI MTB World Series stage in Loudenvielle.

Long involved in athlete management, Ludovic decided to create the TRIBE PYRENEES GRAVITY team (UCI EDR) in 2021.

Ludovic is thrilled to welcome the Canadian athletes from the Rocky Mountain factory team into this new structure. The goal is to develop an ambitious race program on behalf of this iconic bike brand. The mission is clear: to enable athletes to perform and support the future of MTB in this new era of global competitions under the guidance of WARNER BROS.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Stéphane Allio

A graduate of a Master’s in strategy and sports marketing from ESSEC Business School, he began his career in motorsport within the Oreca and Prost Grand Prix teams. Then spent fifteen fantastic years at Havas Sports and ended his journey within the group by creating and managing the Italian subsidiary based in Milan.

In 2012, he decided to create Pure Moment, initially focusing on the sports aspect from Marseille to Milan. In addition to his entrepreneurial activity, Stéphane teaches at the Faculty of Sports Sciences in Marseille Luminy, leads the educational department of the Campus PPA Sport in Aix en Provence, and occasionally intervenes at the ESSEC sports marketing chair.

Stéphane’s role in the Rocky Mountain Gravity Racing team will focus on marketing and communication aspects, with a specific mission to develop resources from national and international non-endemic sponsors. Offering partners and team actors a great storytelling structure and providing the team with the financial resources necessary to reach the highest global level by 2026.
